Teemu is the steady force and visionary leader behind Remote Team Builder. As CEO, he ensures that everything runs seamlessly, building a foundation for the team and the business to grow and thrive. With a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and studies in adult education, Teemu combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise, making him an indispensable part of our success.
Beyond managing contracts and process development, Teemu’s strength lies in creating stability while inspiring others to reach for ambitious goals. His unwavering reliability and ability to navigate complex challenges make him the glue that holds everything together. Teemu also knows how to keep spirits high, delighting the team with his unique knack for morale-boosting songs and creative greetings.

Juho Nenonen
Co-founder, Coach
Juho is a modern Renaissance man whose superpower lies in his unique ability to combine an exceptionally broad scientific understanding with the skill of presenting knowledge in an inspiring and digestible way. As CCO, Juho is responsible for designing training programs, coaching, and driving business development.
With a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Juho’s career spans entrepreneurship, an impressive basketball legacy, and the coaching of dozens of organizations. He has also worked as a project researcher at the Department of Business at the University of Eastern Finland, where he played a key role in designing and implementing Finland’s first Sports Management training program.
When he thinks no one is watching, Juho enjoys dancing salsa in the hallways.

Outi Perälä
Coach, Process Development
Outi Perälä is a professional whose versatility continues to amaze. As a coach, Outi combines expertise and warmth with the ability to be firm and demanding when necessary. Her training sessions are a perfect blend of solid knowledge and an engaging approach, tackling even challenging topics with ease.
Beyond coaching, Outi plays a pivotal role in process development. Holding multiple degrees, Outi is a qualified primary school teacher (MA in Education), music subject teacher (MA in Philosophy), and registered nurse (BSc in Nursing). She has also completed a Specialist Qualification in Business Management.
With over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur (nursing home) and coach, Outi is a true multi-talent. And if her diverse expertise wasn’t enough, she is also the first woman to be inducted into Finland’s Rugby Hall of Fame—a true testament to her drive and determination.
When she’s not coaching or developing processes, Outi relaxes by browsing office supplies at her favourite office supply store.

Jussi is a seasoned HR professional with over six years of entrepreneurial experience in the HR field and more than a decade in the retail industry. Known as a man who sees no problems, only fascinating challenges waiting to be solved, Jussi thrives on finding solutions in every situation.
An avid fisherman, Jussi has a fishing metaphor or pun for every scenario. Whether it’s about casting the right nets, reeling in the big catch, or navigating tricky waters, he always has a fresh perspective to share.
